How to Register for the Program?
Step 1:
Download and Fill up the Application Form and post it to Peak Performance Training, Leads Academy, the address is given below.

Step 2:
Enclose the course investment of INR 1,950/-. The payment can be made using any of the methods given below.
Methods for Payment of Course Fee
You can make payment using one of the methods below:
1. Cheque/Demand Draft (DD):
Send your Cheque/Demand Draft (DD) favoring “Leads” of INR 1,950/- payable at Bangalore to the address at the bottom of this page. Enclose this along with the application form.
2. Online Bank Transfer:
For paying the course fee through this method you need to visit your bank and make a balance transfer to the following account:
Bank: State Bank of Mysore, Ganganagar Branch, Bangalore.
Acc/no: 64020235932
Acc/name: Leads.
Then, email the following details to info@peakperformancetraining.in
- Your Name
- The Amount
- Reference Code that the bank provides.
We will send you the course material as soon as we receive the above information. If you’d prefer to phone us and confirm, please do (numbers given at bottom of page).
This transaction takes between a few hours and several working days, depending upon the bank being transferred from. Please ask your bank.
3. Pay by Credit Card or your Paypal Account:
We accept online payment through VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express cards. The online payment gateway is provided by PayPal – Safe, Secured, Fast, Online Payment. Your course material will be dispatched once your credit card payment has been cleared.
